Microsoft Azure Cloud & Edge Computing Certification

Use the Azure Cloud for a quick start

Internet of Things (IoT) projects are complex and require a lot of time to implement. Selecting the right devices, equipment or sensors and connecting them to the cloud can be a lengthy process.

The Microsoft Azure Certified for IoT program jump-starts IoT projects by ensuring you have devices and platforms that have been tested for readiness, compatibility, and usability with the Microsoft Azure IoT Suite and Hub.

With the Azure cloud you have the possibility to easily outsource your applications and functions and thus save your own resources.

Our certified devices for Azure cloud computing

With our MC100 product family, you use cloud services for bidirectional communication.

All MC100 family devices are cost-effective, secure and flexible compared to local servers. Functions, applications and resources can be conveniently outsourced to the cloud. By using cloud services, equipment downtime due to maintenance, theft or damage is virtually eliminated. Another advantage is the low memory and resource consumption of the end devices.

Our MC100 product family offers high scalability and flexibility, allowing immediate response to any changes in requirements.

With all MC100 gateways, secure and reliable communication between the IoT application and the desired end devices is possible. In addition, a solution back-end hosted in the cloud is available to which any device can be connected. The MC100 gateways communicate in both directions: From the IoT device to the Azure Cloud and vice versa.

Our MC100 product family covers the entire spectrum from cloud to edge computing. These include, for example, device-specific authentication, integrated service management for on-demand provisioning, and full integration with the Event Grid for serverless computing.

With MC100 gateways, cloud workloads are also delivered locally. Response times are near real-time as this data is processed directly on the device. This means that time-critical decisions can be made quickly.

Accordingly, the devices also work offline or with sporadic connectivity. Sensitive data, for example, can remain directly in the local network and is not first transferred to the cloud.
